Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of Arcanesia.com and the purchase of the services offered, operated by Michele Tufano, sole proprietor of Scriptidea.net, Viale Sorrento 61, 60019 Senigallia (AN), Italy — VAT no. 02845390422, Tax code TFNMHL66L14B715Q, email miktuf@gmail.com. By using the site or purchasing a service, the user fully accepts these Terms.

2. Description of the services

The site offers personalized readings and profiles based on divinatory and spiritual disciplines, generated through automated calculations and, in part, artificial intelligence. Content is intended for personal growth and entertainment purposes and does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

3. Account registration

To receive the result of a service, even a free one, users must register an account providing accurate information (first name, last name, email) and a password. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through their account.

4. Purchasing paid services

Paid services are purchased with a single one-time payment, with no automatic renewal or subscription. Prices are shown in Euro (EUR), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed entirely by PayPal: the site never has access to the user's card or PayPal account details. The purchased service becomes available immediately after payment, in the "My account" area.

5. Right of withdrawal

As this is digital content whose performance begins, with the user's express consent, immediately after payment, pursuant to Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the result has been delivered.

6. Limitation of liability

The content provided through the site is symbolic in nature, not scientific. The Data Controller does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness of the results for any specific purpose and is not responsible for decisions made by the user based on the content received. Any liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site is excluded, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, calculations and any other content on the site are owned by the Data Controller or used under licence, and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written authorization.

8. Advertising

The site may display ads served through Google AdSense. Activation of the advertising service will be accompanied by an update to the cookie policy.

9. Changes to the site and these Terms

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify or suspend, in whole or in part, the services offered and these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the site.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if the user qualifies as a consumer; in all other cases, the competent court is the Court of Ancona.
